Just starting to update my server to 1.5.x now (been waiting a long time for redpower and have finally given up)
Noticed that doors look different in the swamps.... don't know how you pulled it off but I did not really expect that to be possible when I suggested it months ago, very impressed.
should be mentioned they still have the standard texture on one side though.

MCPatcher added biome support to the connected textures at just the right time
I just checked the swamp door with MCPatcher and Optifine. Both were okay in all orientations for me.
Could you list your mods and versions?
I'm still waiting for RedPower. There's a particular world I really don't want to abandon.
I feel like I'm treading water at the moment.
Absolutely stunning.
After seeing your latest Railcraft support I can only view my own re-texture of the tunnel bore as a foul abomination.
Have you considered adding mod support for TrainCraft? It would surely be a lot of work, but seeing the beauty of your tunnel bore makes me wonder what magical things you could do with TrainCrafts choo-choo's.
Once again, bloody marvellous work.
Thanks, Sentrek
I have looked at TrainCraft, and you're right. It would be a lot of work.
And, there's about 80 hours work in my tunnel bore :/
I'd really like to have a go at TrainCraft sometime, though. I'll add it to the list.

I don't use MC patcher. Looks like I have to roll back my version of the shader mod to make railcraft work on this new client, I'll let you know if I still have issues with a fresh install.

Give a man a fire and he'll be warm for the night. Set a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.
I have karyonix's shadermod installed as well, which may be causing the issue
That's caused by Optifine. Unfortunately, it can take a little time for it to get the connected texture problems sorted.
I prefer Optifine if I go exploring due to it's superior chunk-loading.
Otherwise, I use MCPatcher.
Also, with MCPatcher you'll see the semi-transparent fly-wire on the swamp doors and windows

hahah, good to know. I use optifine because its a requirement for the GLSL shader mods. Wish it wasn't, because I would love to use the littleblocks mod.

There's a good thread here that gets MCPatcher and Optifine (and GLSL shaders) working together.
I tried the method in this post and it worked well. Proper swamp doors but still without the fly-wire, unfortunately.
I'm not expecting that you make them in near future but I would love to someday have all my fav. mods with your textures!!

Crikey, Kongstar! That's quite a list! Not sure how many I'll get to.
A couple of those mods (4, I think) are already on "The List".
However, I'm probably heading towards FTB support... eventually.
But, there are many FTB versions! Which one?
I need a target that I have some chance of hitting before I croak!
I've just had a very detailed discussion with my brother about steam turbines, generators, compressors, superheaters, reheaters, saturated steam, et al.
Apparently, in the texture I did for RailCraft, the steam would enter in the bottom pipe, to be fed into the center of the turbine, and exit out the top pipe. It could work okay!
Does anyone care?
Don't think anyone would care, as it's a lovely texture!
Would you mind if I attempted some mod support textures based on your work? Unofficial BoS textures until you get a chance to look at those mods? I'm not too bad at hack'n'slashing images together, just can't draw from scratch beyond stickman level

Unfortunately, I'm just way too attached to my textures after putting so much work into them. Weird, I know Sorry about that.

a blob?
I think that may be better reserved for the slime don't you think :P?

And, flabbergasted is an awesome word!
Just showin' some respect for your fine work
Have you done / got ideas for an Ender Chest yet? I'm absolutely itching to see your interpretation of it!
Er, no rush of course. Enjoying it as it comes!
Minecraft 1.5...
- added Ender Chest
- added custom biome colours for foliage (fairly subtle)
BetterStorage...
- changed locker texture to suit version 0.6.2.22
IndustrialCraft...
- tweaked the rusty frames
That! Looks! Amazing!!
Made my day, man. Loving it!
Awesome
Glad you like it, VaporCat.
Yes sr. You are a fast worker...
I like that. There always something new to see...
And you enderchest? Beautifull...
The foliage was even better...
Railcraft...
- added Steam Turbine textures
BetterStorage...
- changed locker door texture
Thanks, qwerty
I'm not sure about being fast
But, I do try to update regularly. Even if it's just 1 or 2 blocks.

I just meant did anyone care if it's design would work in the real world.
