but i couldent get it to fit properly,

It's certainly not a bad thing! When I use HD textures, it's to add a certain authenticity that I don't experience with default. It's more immersive. I don't expect or need photo-realism for everything, but one can't argue with how good that looks.

The new textures are, as always, high quality.
The banner is awesome, however, the text "give me your old,.." is a bit hard to read.

Yeah, you're right.
I've tried some shadow and different colours on the text.
Is this an improvement?

(Edit) Removed a carriage return that added an unwanted scroll bar to the banner.
