i'v checked on the thread of LB photo realisim and nothing says about permissions...
i do not claim any thing on this texturepack exept the time puting them together and making a new one.
if every i did somthing wrong im totally sorry and you can delete this thread.
my purpos of this is after a logn disscusion with my friends about what is best iv decided to combine the best of all.
let me know if something is wrong because seriously i dont want to be implicated in enything iligal...

It's not a matter of whether or not the artist has said it's not okay on their thread, but whether or not they said it is okay. It's against board rules, and basic courtesy, to use others' work without permission.
The thread title needs a redo. First, you need to say what resolution your pack is. Next, having a version number in the thread title is always very useful. A great many people would appreciate it if you put [REMIX] at the front of the title, since that is what your pack is. More detailed credits would be nice, so that people could know what came from where. At the very least, expand on the google images portion. You may have found the images with google images, but google doesn't own them. They were uploaded onto independent websites by independent people. Some of them, you will be able to use. Others might be protected, and you would need to remove them from your texture pack. You your self may have rights to use them, but others may not and would need to know what they could and could not use from your pack.
One last thing that really annoys me about photo realistic packs is that many of them do not tile well (your dirt, for instance) and I don't see how realistic a pack is when it shoves the world's blockiness in your face more than a well done low res pack does.
That said, I am basing everything I have said to you off of three screenshots (Sadly, I own a craptop) and in game it may work out better than I think it will. The largest part of a good texture pack is consistency. If a pack isn't meant to tile well, not tiling well works for it. But having large quantities of a material that tiles well (the smooth stone in the pack) next to large quantities of material that doesn't tile well (aforementioned dirt) doesn't work well at all.
