Ever say to yourself, 'Hey i sure do like those fancy 250x texture packs! Too bad my computers **** like TjCreators!' Well what im trying to do is make it so you CAN have that AWESOME pack without all thatlag n crash! so without further stallling i introduce Miny HD
NOTE: Thank you obZillo for the amazing chest+workbench textures because mine all sucked xD we all appreciate your help!!!
You need to put effort into it. I suggest copying and pasting textures, and putting one below and one to the side, then editing the one in the corner.
When it becomes difficult to tell where one texture ends and the next begins, mission accomplished.
i wouldnt tell people to put effort into something, last time i did that i got insulted and called a troll from all fronts.
on topic again: if you want to make them tile well, i would play with brightness on seperate parts of the textures, so all of it is about on the same brightness-level. its a bit tricky, and you have to try and try, but it will fix the tiling-problems.

did you do them from scratch or did you downscale bigger textures?
i usualy downscale. what exactly is tiling? i use gimp and ive never heard of it
its how seamless the textures look when next to eachother.
well is that just something i need to work on or is there some sort of magical tool for it?
