Changelist:
-Diamond and Gold armour are both finished!
-Map icons!
-New Pumpkin overlay! (Because putting a watermelon on your face does wonders for your visibility)
-Clouds, Rain and Snow are done, though the clouds seem to render badly in Fancy graphics, and I'm not all too keen on the snow, but we'll see how it pans out.
Impressive texture pack o.O I'll be downloading once SteamCraft support's out, but I definitely like the look of it. Bordercraft is similar to this, but a LOT darker, this is more comical I think. Definitely glad my little brother made me watch Gurren Lagann, so I can understand the little texture reference :3 (On a side note, it was one of the few animes he watches that has a legit plot ._.) Keep up the good work, Proloe, you have changed my sexist opinion of thinking females just complain about equal rights and don't do anything to make themselves equals. It's quite obvious your mod could compete with the best, and so can your texture pack!
This seems like a very decent texture pack; it's a bit... Different. It's also not freaking dark and depressing like many other texture packs and is a bit more light-hearted, though the wild grass looks a bit odd, and the dyes aren't really in my favor. That's the only criticism I have.
Well, I hope you have time away from your studies to finish this. I'd love to use the whole thing.
Sorry about my crappy grammar; I'm fluent in Japanese and still learning english.

Your grammar is some of the best I've seen on this site, and I really appreciate you taking the time to attempt to use it correctly. It makes communication much easier. ;D
I was a little sceptical of the wild grass myself, and I was wondering about some of the dyes. I will probably add alternatives at some point. Thanks for your comments!
I finished updating the texture pack (finaly) but this just came to me, the writing seems to go off the page alot, its a bit too big. But other than that great :laugh.gif:
That's an issue with HD fonts in general. The spacing gets completely messed up, and I'm not entirely sure why, or how to fix it.
I'm preparing to release the new version now. It's been ready for a few days, but due to the downtime, I haven't been able to put it up yet. New version has: MOBS!
EDIT: Here it is! v4.0! Now with all mobs done except Steve. I might make some changes to them as I go, though.
My next task is to work on Steamcraft compatibility. So far, I have most of the items done, and I need to work on the tools, armour and blocks. This could take a while, though.
*downloads and installs*
Alright. Let's see.... Minecraft's booting up....
*clicks the DokiDoki Texture Pack*
Oh, the game crashed! *check the README* Ah I see... I should've checked the readme first. *facepalm*
*downloads and installs HD Texture Fix*
OH! This texture pack is so pretty! And the paintings are so cute! *same expression as avatar*
EDIT: Oh, my member status has reached Full Stack! Yaaaay!
I really, really like this pack! It'd be a flawless pack for me except I am not a huge fan of the wooden planks. I know you've had this wood plank texture since you've started but I just kind of don't like the old, rigid wood plank look(if that's a good description of the planks...), oh, and also the font is a little hard to read, but that's due to the fact that it doesn't space words well(if that makes sense) and is a little too big. It makes reading text when using the chat box kind of difficult, but other than that, 10/10 pack! The Miku painting is adorable btw! :laugh.gif:

The font has an issue with it which (at the moment) is out of my control. The spacing seems to break completely when I load a HD font (even if it's the default scaled up), and I'm not sure how to fix it.
The bow looks really wrong, bows dont work that way.
I would suggest you to make the rope more tight.
It's modelled on the horse bow that I own. I took up archery a few years ago, but I haven't done any for a while. I still know how to use a bow, though. The bow is modelled on a SLACK bow, not one while it's in use. Bowstrings are often misrepresented as being constantly tight. This is not true of any bow. In fact, bows are stored with the strings detached to prevent tension damaging the wood. Bowstrings are, when attached, quite loose unless they are pulled. If they were tight when not in use, it would be impossible to use without breaking the wood. I simply took this into account while drawing the icon, since the majority of the time in Minecraft, you aren't firing the bow. That being said, I think the icon may have taken this into account a little TOO much. I'll see what I can do.
On another note, I won't be able to update this pack for a while. I'm in France at the moment, and my laptop has no image editing software, nor a decent enough mouse to do any. It'll be a few weeks before I get back to my desktop. Sorry guys!
I was just assuming i am using the bow when im using the bow.
Or am I not using the bow when i kill enemies with it? I know you loosen the string if you dont use it, but it doesnt make any sense in minecraft, as you most often see the bow while using it.
Just makes more sense to be constantly tight, so it looks right in its primary purpose (using it), than to have it be constantly loose, so it looks right when I dont use it.

When I said "using", I meant actually firing. The string is never completely taut while you're just holding it. That being said, the one I drew is far too slack for that, so I'll get to work on fixing it as soon as is reasonably possible for me to do so.
Wow, looking at your texture pack, I can't help but feel the Digaea 4 HD vibe from it. This is quite a unique texture pack! Everything looks nice and smooth! I look forward to the full release of the pack!
1.7 out now so that means you need to make a texture for those things but best to wait till they fix all the bugs, and i really need to update this for my Minecraft my last update of this didnt download properly and i never got around to fixing that, oh well. :laugh.gif:
Oh and before i forget you probably should make a texture for the chainmail because Notch is going to make a legit way to get it; But thats not urgent.
Unfortunately, I'm away for a few weeks, so I'm unable to edit any of the textures. If you want to use this pack, I'm afraid you'll either have to stick with 1.6, or edit the piston textures in yourself.
I think I may have found an error in the latest version of the pack. I don't know how I missed it. I think the Redstone Wire will no longer work, and will appear as a blank purple texture. To fix it, remove the two textures below the Redstone texture. Sorry I didn't notice this earlier, and I can't conceivably fix it right now. :/
lookin good, yeah piece of cake :-)
but its at the moment not 1.7 compatible or? i see it on the bed and no pistons, nice work
I'm afraid it's not 1.7 compatible. I don't have access to my image editing software (or a proper mouse, and image editing with a touchpad is not easy) until sometime next weekend, so I can't officially update until then. If anyone has image editing software, it would be very helpful if someone would add in the original piston and shears textures, so that the pack is temporarily usable in 1.7, until I can make official textures.

Thanks! Have you seen the Clannad painting yet? It's one of the 4x4 ones!
Yep, it looked great. :3
So did the Zelda reference, Hatsune Miku, Konata, and the other paintings.....
