On the contrary. Most texture packs feature very odd-looking obsidian. In reality, Obsidian is a very shiny substance, and reflects white on black quite brightly.
Another update for you. The paintings are now complete. I plan to create an alternative obsidian texture, and then release the next version. Sit tight, it should be today.
EDIT: Threw together a quick Firey Obsidian texture, and stuck it all together.
New to this pack is an updated breaking animation (the older one is still in the terrain.png, should you prefer it without the blurring), another alternative bed, alternative obsidian, a painting item icon, CTM support and all the paintings!
EDIT AGAIN: I just want to make clear that all of the paintings were drawn by me. None of them are scaled-down official or fan art. Some of them were drawn by me a while ago for other purposes, and thus may or may not have been traced, but the majority (I'd say about 80%) were not.
D:. Though the sprites for the armour are a bit... dodgy, imo. The helm looks a little liek leggings :biggrin.gif:. But don't take me in heart. Do what you want. Anyway, still up-to-date with the pack. I'm on my exams now... And I wish YOU good luck as well :tongue.gif:

The helmet is supposed to represent a coif, rather that a helmet, since I thought it fitted better.
Update! The DokiDoki pack now has two customisers, to make it easier for you to switch textures about!
You may have to wait a bit for these to load, and possibly scroll down, as the customiser was designed for 32x32 packs, not 64x64.
I will extend these customisers as I make more alternative textures.
I'm also uploading a new version of the pack, which contains Leather and Iron armour, and a fixed version of the CTM file (the breaking animation was missing), as well as a sun and moon!

I've been trying to get this customiser to work for a while. I looked around at a few others, but none of them were as good as this. Not even close. It'll be much more useful when I have more alternatives. I plan to make a lot more.

This is the leather armour.
Like the tools, the armour will all look different!
Also, I have iPixeli's female mod on in the picture, so the chest piece is a little...distorted.
