If you feel the need to customise DokiDoki with other packs, now you can! The 64x version is now available on Minecraftcustomiser.net, for any of you who really feel the need to mix and match.

Congrats on making a unique pack. It is cartoony, exciting, funny and everything in between. Also the biome shading is radical, in an awesome way! I'll be using this for a very, very long time. :biggrin.gif:

In other news, the Steamcraft textures on minecraftcustomiser.net don't work. This is apparently something to do with the sub-folders. If you insist on using minecraftcustomiser.net, then I recommend also downloading the pack from here, and taking the sprites folder from it.

Is this a HD texture pack?

Yes. It is 64x or 32x, and requires the HD patcher to use.

Put the minecraftcustomiser link in the first post, in case people don't want to traipse around the topic looking for it.

Added 6 more support banners, so you can choose your favourite. I like to keep some variety going.

EDIT: I also plan to update the pack when I have Steve, the Chain armour and the Quiver done. So far, Steve is finished, and I'll be working on the others over the next few days.

-This is just my own opinion but, i feel the water has too many of the white wavy things. They remind me of LoZ:wind waker, but there just too many to make the water look appealing.

Nonetheless, awesome job. I'm going to have to dedicate a world just for this texturepack, since my current buildings don't look so great.

I had noticed the clouds. I'm not sure what causes it, but thinking about it, it could be to do with the colour I used. I'll look into it.

I might make a couple of alternative waters. The water was based on the Wind Waker, but I do see what you mean.

In other news, the DokiDoki pack is now a featured pack on the front page of minecraftcustomizer.net!

I love the texture pack, but I have one problem. I can't get the water to have the custom texture and animate at the same time. I Patched it using the most updated version, but it still won't work. I can get the custom texture to work, but it won't animate, and vise versa.

Please help. D:

Sounds like you have the patcher set up wrong. Make sure it's set to custom animated in the "options" section. That goes for Lava, Fire and Portal too.

This texture pack may not be my style, but nonetheless I congratulate you on a job well done.

I do like Touhou. I'm not sure why I picked Suwako as the character I would use, though I can remember having a reason. My personal favourite character is Marisa.

I've never really figured out how people can pick specific favorite characters. I have a few I prefer over the rest, but singling out one is something I haven't been able to do. I think Yuyu's pretty awesome though. :cool.gif:

Someone in the Steamcraft thread asked me to post screenshots of DokiDoki's compatibility, so I thought I'd post them here too:


I also looked into the clouds. The colour is not causing the graphical glitch, and I'm absolutely not sure what is. I'll look into it further.

I would so love to see a couple of Nandonalt's mods given your treatment - specifically the More Trees and Coral Reef mods. I really like the clean look of your textures, and I feel these two mods add so much personality to the game world (particularly Coral Reefs) that it'd be a shame not to give them a facelift too - I'd be quite interested to see how you'd handle reskinning them. Thanks for your time!

I think I'm going to start on some Aether textures. It'll take a long while, because of the sheer amount of stuff in the mod, but I think it will be worth it.

I said in HUGE LETTERS on the first post, check out the customisers. THERE ARE ALTERNATIVE TEXTURES. CHECK THOSE BEFORE YOU SAY YOU DON'T LIKE THEM.

One of the alternatives is grey stone.
