I've heard bumping is against the rules.

I think a picture of the thread is pretty self explanatory. the added text is a bit redundant.

I see it like that: if someone doesnt find the sticky called 'MUST READ' (which is, i repeat, a sticky, its at the top of the board at all times) or ignores it, and he still doesnt get it after posting a picture of the thread, thats a pretty clear sign of the guy being straight-out retarded. and if hes straight-out retarded, nothing can help.

But then the thread mostly get bumped all the time beacuse like 20 other are going to reply to the thread just beacuse it's against the rules. And that's the most annoying thing on this.

I agree and know what you mean, but you cant really prevent that unless its actually against a rule (that is being enforced)

like spamthreads. you know, the guys who want to sell something here. people dont bump it because they know if they do, they get a warning. this is not the case here.
if you post something saying this shouldnt get bumped anymore, someone will bump it either because he didnt read/look at it, doesnt care, or he bumps just because you posted that.

Yeah that is totaly true and i agree with you, but the most threads who are the audience of this pic are not the one who wonna get money beacuse they aren't popular. The audience are the one who just tiping in:

and then its just painterly or something else who they stole from another pack.
The people who have good threads and a clearly declared post titel don't need this picture and most good and not stolen packs have that.
