Don't use other people's work as placeholders without their permission. Gerudoku is a mixpack, so that means you have to credit and get permission from everyone who's art is in that pack. Such as doku, dustyshouri, johnsmith, smp, kas, monieurd, hozz, richasasackboy, glimmar and many, MANY others.

Ok i have gone to both Doku and Gerudoku (tombones) and linked them in my post. What else can i do to get this straight?

Tombones didn't make the textures. Geru doesn't exist. You shouldn't just take textures and use them in your pack without knowing who made them. So you have two choices:
1) Remove the gerudoku textures and instead use the vanilla minecraft textures as placeholders.
2) Get permission from everyone who's art is in that pack then credit them in the OP.

Inside the texturepack in the "art" folder there is a .txt file that credits the creators of the art!
