oh and there isn't a terrain.png, that's crucial to every texture pack. not pumpkinblur.png, foliagecolour.png, etc.

you can use SOME (NOT ALL. SOME. that means 25% (or 50%) painterly, 75% (or 50%) your work) of the work but you have to ask for permission; the rest of the pack you have to do yourself.
the content is all free but you can't claim it as your own
