@Lawliet156: I don't see why I couldn't tweak that at some point. I see that it doesn't make sense due to how bows work, but it looks cool when you shoot one!


I am already working on 1.9 stuff, and even some alternate textures. Here's a small preview of Nether Brick, New Soulsand, and by popular demand smooth stone! (The bottom right would be the one for ores.)

@Leostereo: Yes, the sidegrass in general is getting redone, that's still part of the old textures. I'll probably do two to three variants of varying heights.

@CowThing/Deepblue686: Yes, I noticed this too, lack of testing on my part. I'll add something to the empty hearts and such. And I think I could change the UI too.

This is really nice but I have to agree with leostereo the side grass and top has to be redone, its too hard for my eyes.

i know you wont...but who knows...could u make the diamond ore a little more brighter only reason i ask is because to me i cant tell the iron ore and diamond apart...its must just be me but i love it when i find diamond and i like when i see it i want it to stand out ..like "WHOAAAAA OMG I DIAMOND!!!!"....not "humm i wonder if thats diamond...is that trip across the big lava pool worth it..."

Thank you so much for this pack! I decided to try this, and it's easily my new favourite. I didn't think I'd ever replace Eld's work, but now I have. Keep up the great work! I'm surprised this hasn't gotten more attention.

So far, the only suggestion I have is to perhaps redo or make an alternate of the pig? He looks too light, personally, I'm not sure about the texture. Of course, take it with a grain of salt, it's your pack, and I'll be using it regardless.

Now to make a skin that fits in better...

I'm noticing some graphical glitches. My game is unmodded, save for mcpatcher. In the first image, I'm only wearing damaged leather boots, yet all of the shields are displayed, as if I was wearing a full set of armour. The second image is self-explanatory. Thanks!

@Goof3209: I made the diamond a little brighter. It also really stands out with the new smooth stone I made. That will come along soon, probably the next update.

@Derydlus: I am aware of those problems. They will be fixed with the next release, which will have all the current 1.9 stuff. And I actually might finish it tomorrow.
As for the pig (and other animals really) most of them are from the old style of the pack, so they don't mesh that well. I will fix them when I can.

@shudan: I don't know what you mean by slingshot. This is just a texture pack not a mod, there is no need for a wikia.

Hey, any chance of a light/dark version? Currently it's like, REALLY vivid for me. :smile.gif:

This is a really great texture pack. Seriously, it's up there with Doku's in the rpg genre.
EDIT: The glowstone is sex. How did you manage to make it so it looks good in both the nether and in buildings.

Argh, I hate you. No texture pack before this one, not even Doku's, got me to move from 16x texture packs.
