This texture is just amazing! I think, however, that these faces you do in blocks like gold, chiseled stone bricks, iron doors and dispensers could be elsewhere, like iron, diamond and emerald blocks. They are really awesome! And I think you could use a more clean logo, like the one you did which I use in the signature, along with a better Valknut symbol, such as this one (re sized):
Just suggestions, though. I really appreciate your work.

The diamond and emerald could use updates, though I like iron as a solid block for building things, rather than a decoration. I have thought about adding the symbol to some textures as well, assuming I can pixel it accurately.

1. Aww. I want you to keep it.
How about you keep it but just alter it to match the theme? All I want is the shapes.
2. Well, I love the emerald, but it could look even better if you did something like the lapis but with checkered. The diamond I hate. It's a good concept, but far too contrasty and I'd much rather have something like the gold block, but instead of the face, this shape.
I'm working on Thaumcraft support if that's ok. I've done a bit of recolorish-ing work today while I try to get confident with your style, but it's good for now:
Great! I'm glad to hear that, and I look forward to see more awesome faces in your blocks. My favorite one is the one in the dispenser and the one in the iron door. Maybe you could add one in the note block also. Keep forward with the good work!
I'm thinking of making this the new cobblestone, of course with a lot of random CTM. And possibly changing the stone bricks to be a lot larger so the two aren't to similar, maybe the size that netherbricks are now.

That looks beautiful, exactly how I want it for my current base, which is in BTW (using Derivation)
About the Window Painting, I assume that Plenty_of_fish isn't alone in using the painting, so a small suggestion would be to replace it with curtains. You did a wonderful job on the Creative inventory tabs, so a nice thing like that, placed on a 2x2 glass windows could do the trick.
This is not a priority, just a suggestion of what it could be.
They look nice, much more consistent to the other textures. I have to say, the last cobble was a tad blurry and the stonebrick just looked a bit... Old. Nice to see those textures updated though, especially since they are used to often!
Looks great. The cobblestone looks a lot cleaner, and the brick seems more fitting to the pack than the current bricks.
I totally agree! These new textures will be great! I don't know if it was intentional, but the current stone bricks are somewhat greenish. I support the idea of changing them and the cobblestone, which also is better.

Pale Death beats equally at the poor man's gate and at the palace of kings.
I actually adore the angular look of the dropper. Very Dwarven looking! <3 Also I really love how you made the quartz blocks match the stone slabs. I've always wanted to build with the slabs since they're much lighter than most of the materials, but not much else went with it. *excited*
One last thing! I'm slowly trying to crank out a heavy rp server that I've had brewing in my head for a long time now, and I want to have Derivation as the official texture pack. The maps are huge and span massive territories and biomes and there are many different fantasy races each with unique building styles. I had the idea that I could implement "multiple texture packs" and use some basic recolors of Derivation to provide the added variety. But of course I wanted to check with you and see if that was alright! I won't do anything you don't want!

Pretty much, yeah.

I can see the CTM will be beautiful too!

Might go a little more square on the corners, so they aren't too similar to netherbricks...

Curse PremiumLike the quartz pillar, by the way. Fits the theme and it departs from the roman pillar style.
