Have some news, I'm going on a trip to Ireland, so I will be completely cut off from internet from the 15th to the 25th. Pretty unlikely the new patch will come out in that time, but if it does you'll just have to wait for me to update it.
No need for MCpatcher fix. I'm guessing either some texture makers raised their concerns, or they wanted to ensure leather armour was always distinguishable as leather, even if dyed diamond, gold or iron colours.
I'm very happy with this! Although I don't think we can change the default leather color without mods, at least we can make fancy armors still.
Well that's good enough for me, it's certainly better than nothing! Now I just have to decide if I want the leather parts of my armor to change color, or the white cloth parts.
But you can make over thousand color combinations. You can't make a texture for every single one.
It wouldn't be a texture for each combination, we mean changing the default leather color from brown to a different hex number, and that would need the custom color mod to change.
Just a quick easy question that anyone could probably answer for me.
Say I have the 1.3 version of this texture pack but want to play 1.2.5 Minecraft...will this work?
I can't seem to get a hold of the 1.2.5 version of the texture pack so that is why I ask

Are you planning on making a panorama, because the cool menu icons look kinda out of place on that bright background...
I don't know of any tekkit support, and I won't do it myself, so it would have to be fan made. A panorama was actually made by Wurfle a little while ago and I am going to include it in the next update.

Ooh, I actually like what you did with the mold on the poison potato, I may steal that! I actually made most of the snapshot textures already, there was a preview of them a page or two ago.
Ah of course. Maybe it would be possible to make a texture that works as the planks and as the frame.

No, I will never make any other sized versions of this pack. I may, though, make an entirely different pack that is 64x or higher.

And, yeah. Tekkit support (Excluding Steel's pack) is usually only made for dumb overused packs that i'm just plain tired of seeing.
