I would be happy to make a menu panorama unless Quehem wants to do one himself. I have made a few for other packs and It shouldn't be too much trouble. The only advice I have is to avoid dark scenes, because they look weird with the white gradient that the game puts over the background.
dunnra: Optifine has support for ctm, but it is out of date right now, so I don't think a lot of the newer features will work. I'm sure it will be catch up soon, however.

Please do, I'd love to see anything replace the default really.
edit: The torchfix worked for me aswell, cheers! edit #2: The actual concept for the ctm is very nice and unorthodox, just the way I like it. But could you perhaps fix those that don't connect? Here's a picture to let you know what I mean:
Glad the torches work now, I'll be sure to include that in the next update so people don't have to replace the file. As for the glass, I followed the CTM template exactly, I'm not sure if I can do anything to fix that. I'll check over it to see if I made an error though.
Okay, one last issue I'm having with the new update...
The lightmap. Places in the Dark all look very... warm. Red-toned. In caves, under water, in a dark room. Everything is all reddish. Now, in The Nether, this looks GREAT. Everything looks lush and vibrant. The Nether-bricks, while desaturated and grey, looks very colorful here, but bland in the overworld.
I also noticed you took out the Firey veins in the obsidian. A good decision, by all means, but it could do with some darkening now; to a darker grey or a blackish tone. But I can live with it if you choose to keep it mid-grey...! I don't want to sound all bossy and picky ^^;;
[EDIT] Gosh, I just keep finding more things...
Circle Stone Brick appears normal as a block, but when I place it, it turns to a featureless, smooth Tile. It's a part of the Connected Textures mod, as I understand, but even when it's not connected to other Circle Stone Brick, it still appears as the tile.

Yeah the Tile should be the top of the block, and the sides should be what's read from the Terrain.png, if I'm not wrong.
Also, on that note, could you do something like that for Emerald Blocks, as well? Where the sides were the previous texture (or something similar) and the tops are the current one?

Ah I see the problem! It's because of my version of Optifine. It doesn't yet support the multi-sided textures for blocks.
Thanks C:
Nice texture pack you got here. Gotta say it's probably one of the higher quality ones I've used.
I do have a few suggestions though. More animations. It doesn't need overly animated things, but simple things for certain textures:
-Glowstone with some kind of glowing animation
-Diamonds/blue gems on the enchantment table could glow a bit
-Eye on the ender chest could look around, or blink
-Jack O lantern could have a bit of a fiery/glowing animation around the eyes/mouth
That's one thing a lot of texture packs lack that could make them so much better, simple animations. Minecraft looks a bit..bland..even with the best texture packs, simply because everything is so still and motionless.
I'd also like to suggest pumpkins not having faces. One small thing that always bugged me about most texture packs, including default. Pumpkins don't grow with faces. lol.
Also Gravel seems to be a bit too brown to me. I'd think it would be more rocks and less dirt.
It's still a nice texture pack, I enjoy the skies. I'll probably be using it quite often. (I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining either, just a few things I thought could make the pack a bit better)

I will add more animations and CTM stuff once I get everything that is missing finished. I really like the idea for the ender chest. The pumpkins deepblue mentioned already really. I like my textures to work in the context of the game, and unfortunately at the moment regular pumpkins would look equally odd without faces, and a lot of people are now just used to them having faces so they would look out of place too. You're welcome to just copy the pumpkin side over the unlit face for yourself though!
I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but changing the whole enchanted armor/tools-glowing into something unique to this pack would be quite rad.
Yeah I should try experimenting with the enchanting glow again. And I am sort of in the process of redoing most of the particles. I guess you're right about the fire too, but I HATE doing it. So hard...
I like the nighttime skybox. But I noticed an error with it. It doesn't move. The moon is moving but the still galaxy skyboxmakes the night feel a little dry. I don't know if it's the mod or something you need to finish.
Also, the window fix you did a while back seems to have reverted back.
i dont think i like all the texture changes that you have done so it would be nice if you could make a customiser.
The old style doesn't match the new one at all. I wouldn't feel comfortable mixing them. I could put a link up to some older versions to download at least, so people can change them if they want. I've also just given up on customizers. The time it takes to keep that updated and make textures for it isn't worth it based on the number of people that use it.

It's not supposed to rotate, I guess I could change it if enough people wanted it that way, but I made the box in mind to not rotate. It goes hand in hand with the "eclipse moon", I want this world to feel non earth-like. I don't see an error in the glass either, it is still the latest version of it, maybe point out what the problem is?

Well, if you want the world to feel non-earthlike, a moving moon kind of ruins the effect. But unless you make the moon completely transparent a texture pack won't fix it.
As for the glass, one of the bars is off center. I don't know if you originally intended it to be like that but I do remember you made a fix for it a while back.
I copied it from the texture pack and rotated it to show it easier.

I'll try to explain what I had in mind. The plant rotates on it's axis at a rate equal to it's rotation around the sun, so that it always appears to face the same direction. So the stars in the sky would never change, unless you went to the other side of the planet to see that side's stars. The moon rotates around the planet, but at a skewed angle, so sometimes it is partially or fully eclipsed with the shadow of the planet. This is all theoretically possible for a planet, though has not be observed yet.
The glass fix wasn't for the alignment, the edges of the bars didn't tile together properly. The different sized windows you're pointing out is intentional, I didn't want uniform windows.
also i got something that annoys me super much, the torch animation, its so ****ing fast and flames arent that fast when you look at them, is it possible to make them a little slower?
I don't know, I watched a lot of videos of fire/torches and min is slower than those looked.
Just a quick suggestion.
I found the shine animation on the Diamond ore a bit odd as it makes me feel as if the diamond is completely flat to have such a perfect sheen, I was thinking maybe the diamond could have a sort of glitter effect, such as a diamond will have many differently angled flat surfaces which could maybe light up and reflect slowly by themselves.
Just a suggestion.
I admit I did do the ore rather quickly so it could use a touch up, but I think I might just change the angles of the shine to match the shape of the ore. The reflection effect you suggested is what I had in mind for the diamond item.

That is true. The more I think about it, the more I like the idea.
i just got a mind blowing request, im insane in wolves, so i would love to request that you make all kinda, aka: timber wolves, white, grey, brown, and all kind of diffrent coloured wolves.
I actually have wanted to do at least many recolors of wolves, but I'm not sure how the game will handle the tamed and angry versions of alternates. I need to test to make sure they match up if I name them properly, or if it just picks a random skin. I am also in-process of making ExtraBiomes textures, I love that mod.
Now you need to make the clouds look like those in the skybox.
The default shaped clouds just look odd now.
I have taken to doing what Rey said and just turning them off. I have tried many types of clouds and either they glitch out because the game doesn't work well with a larger cloud png, or they just don't look right. I'm open to suggestions, or try making you're own and I could put them in the pack.

Sure thing! I'm going to wait until I can get optifine running to make mine so I can bump up the render distance.
