Why is it that I cant get rid of it and It installed automatic. Default does not work either.
You're not making any sense. This is a texture pack, not a mod. Getting rid of it is as simple as deleting the zip file from the texture pack folder. Installing a texture pack does nothing to affect the default textures.
Reinstall Minecraft. Your problem has nothing to do with the Derivation texture pack.
Alright, this is a fairly large update so I decided to jump up to 3.0. I've added a new "flavor" to choose from called "Shadowed" which at the moment is mostly just darkened textures, but over time I will refine the colors and change some textures to be a little more evil.
I also have the customizer up, there are a few alternates already there, such as smooth stone, and a lot of choices for processed ore blocks. But I plan to update stuff often.

Again, this pack is awesome. However, I find the stone bricks too dark, so I tried recoloring them with the Stone's colors. I hope it looks ok.
Also, an alt that has darker highlights.
EDIT: also, a golden pillar for you.
@Varuna: I thought that might happen, should be an easy fix.
@SpinBuilder: I agree they are a little dark, I'll have some recolors and alternates pretty soon.
@Goof3209: Yea, I do like making items so it's not so bad. I'll probably have them done soon as I have some free time.
I got a crazy idea for the new discs, here's a preview. I will obviously have normal discs as an alternate:

Hey, there's something messed up with the Rain in the Shadowed Pack. It's not transparent, so everything becomes a wall of black when it rains. I used the customizer, and I was also stupid and didn't get a screenshot of it. Herpderp. Sorry!
Just notifying you so that can get fixed? Or perhaps it already was! Just making sure.
Love the pack, but I feel like the wood is a bit too... pinkish. Still, it's all still very nice.
