Oh, I only read the first rules post, completely missed that there was a general rules post. :X Whoops. Apologies.

It's cool.
You obviously put tons of effort into this pack, and it's great. I don't blame you for bumping, I blame the simple packs/thief packs/painterly reuploads. :tongue.gif:

I adore this pack!
I noticed one thing today though, I have the 1.8 version and it looks like the hedge blocks kinda skewed into the redstone torches, they kinda have green lines on them.
Keep up the good work, I can only wait in anticipation for when you update the items :happy.gif:

Yep, I noticed it too, it's fixed in the 1.9 version.
I have to say, I just picked up this pack and it is fantastic. Right off though I noticed a couple of things You may want to address in an update. The glass panels, they still have the original top/bottom textures bleed through when the panel is in a T or + configuration as shown in this screen shot.
Also wanted to point out that there is NO texture for melon plants yet. I noticed this on logging in, and half my farm was invisible. :3 Melon is a fairly rare crop so it is not unexpected, but it is something that needs to be fixed. I did not have any actual melons ready for harvest, so I cannot say if their texture is there or not. Just thought it was something that needed to be pointed out.
Using the 1.8 version as well.
I also tried using 1.9 to see, and the same thing is true here. It's just the top/bottom textures of Glass Panes when they are contacting something other than another pane apparently.

Just fixed this about 10 minutes ago, will be uploading the new version in a few.
I got really distracted and didn't upload the pack right away- new upload has every 1.9. block updated, some fixes on some items (still WIP for the whole array of them) and more- see the changelog in the original post for details.
New link to download is also there.
New screenshots up there too for people who don't feel like reading.
Just a word to the wise, I've downloaded 1.9b, the glass panes still have that white dotting in the corners. Not sure if that was intentional or not.
Creativity wise, I can't say I'm a huge fan of the changes to beds, they look a little too busy now. I liked the old ones, they fit the pack very well and added a kind of mystical look about it.
Same with the coal really, I liked the old ones in that it fit the pack well and still had that realism about them. The new coal just kind of looks odd, though chalk that one up to me being so used to the last one, I guess.
Keep in mind all this was from about half an hour of play, so I haven't seen everything, but I noticed those and thought I should give feedback.

The bed was made because the server I play on kind of has a card-and-chess theme going on in my fort- however it's easy enough to transplant the 1.8 textures into the 1.9 pack if you'd prefer to use those. One of these days I'll figure out how to do a web-enabled alternate selector like Painterly does.
Past that, the white on the glass is "shine"- otherwise the glass would be just black lines and it wouldn't be much like glass. The effect is fairly subtle, I think, but it is very intentional.
Oh and the coal ore was a decision from a while ago, I've gotten many complaints about how the coal doesn't "fit" with the other ores, so I changed them to be the "scratch vein" design now instead of the circular lumps in stone they were before. Again, someday I'll figure out how to do easy alternates to suit everyone's preferences. :smile.gif:

Absolutely fantastic. You do great work Bid, can't wait to see what you do with tools and mobs.

Sure? Haha.
