i think you should add equivalent exchange to your "to do list" too, it's such a big mod that i can't imagine playing minecraft without it any more , and how is it going on the redpower / IC2 things specially logic on redpower, by the way i think you should gather all these textures and create a minecraft texture pack with terrain and etc so that all of these can be sit nicely near eachother, because if you sit and create a texture just so that it look nice, then you may loose the battle when they come next to each other in the game, so i think you need a basic them in minecraft terrain itself to decide if a texture is good enough or not and decide on technologic age or other them and time line
can't wait for the day that i can get all these cool textures in a game and start a let's play series on you tube
ps. a suggestion for redpower battery, in the middle line that shows the battery charge, you can use the texture u used for red wiring (little spiralling wires) and then highlight the charged level and darken the uncharged part. the rest of the block can be simple wood texture but a nice one, no need to put the battery shapes, some how they look weird.
pss, switched the signature to your thread, a good project always demand respect and your project is one of the best.
Great textures. Just installed BuildCraft, and I use LB Photorealism like you and was hoping for some HD textures, so I searched on Google and found this. Thanks for creating this!
So I'm back after taking a couple months off. It had gotten to a point where I'd used up all my creativity and was spending all my time trying to conceptualize things instead of actually making them. I just needed a break and I figured that while I waited for mods I use to update to 1.2.x standards would be an optimal time to do so.
I've doubled up my classes starting this month - I'll be graduating with a 4 year degree in half the time now (1 year left). This may seem like I'll be even less available than I was the past couple months, but what this actually means is that my social life is essentially dead now. I'll be more likely to come home and just sit in front of my monitors to work on textures than go out and drink with friends.
I'll be starting with the textures for packs I've already released. Expect them to updated within the week - most likely starting with buildcraft. I'll also be releasing my custom default texturepack soon before I start adding more mod packs. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
this is so AWESOME!!!! Bookmarked. Gonna wait till computercraft and redpower are updated. I'm also looking forward to the railcraft texture pack. I haven't installed that mod yet but i'm very tempted to!
is this only for mods? or is a texture pack for minecraft to?
Currently just mods. In the next update I will be adding a full on texture pack and a "complete" version that you can download that includes everything.
So when I tried using the Buildcraft addon from this thread with SphaxBD Texture Pack it gives my smooth stone and bedrock portals and fire on the corners. The texture pack was working before, I had patched using MCPatcher. Is this a problem with the addon, SphaxBD, or MCPatcher? Would using Optifine to patch work better?
You probably shouldn't mix two texture packs together, especially if its got mods involved. Either use the original Sphax PureBDCraft Buildcraft addon, or use the default Buildcraft textures :).

Sounds like a conflicting mod. If you're still having trouble, try re-patching your game. If the problem persists, then I recommend making the switch to OptiFIne, as it has better support for Forge mods.
I've been checking this thread every week and thought you were done with this. your buildcraft textures are by far the best, nothing else looks half as crisp and wiring is just awesome. would love to see additional pipes, buildcraft objects and sneaky pipes from you, maybe power converters, then it would be complete. and of course all the other tech stuff but those are the smaller things)
big ups to you for talent and style, best of luck and cant wait for updates

This was supposed to be a witty signature, but then it got lost somewhere.
These are made to go with any realistic pack but mainly LB photo realism by scuttles. It's at the bottom of the OP
That makes absolutely no sense. When will red power textures be updated? When he feels like it.
