My computer can handle a lot better than minecraft, and I was wondering if there was a texture pack somewhere which looked exactly or very close to the default minecraft skin, but in a higher definition, I haven't been able to find one after googling for a while and I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I've downloaded the ones for 1.5 and they all just make minecraft crash... any reason why?

Have you used MCpatcher?
Or is it to high of a resolution for you Computer.
I just used MC Patcher, but now when ever I break a block, it freezes and crashes...
