tl;dr The game is taking the items.png from the default textures instead of the GeruDoku.zip.
The glowstone dust icon in my GeruDoku has a yellow line around it. It's not pure GeruDoku. Someone made a quick fix after the 1.5 since the "creator" didn't want to bother with it anymore. I've also got some DokuCraft in there somewhere. Anyway, someone tried to be clever and add a half transparent glowing effect around the dust icon. Well ofcourse that's gonna look like a fully opaque border. I deleted it myself and added the fixed version in the zip file. Well now there were two items.PNGs (yes with an exact same name..?) so i deleted the old one. Now the game takes the items.png from the default textures. I tried deleting the new one and re-adding it but that didn't change anything.
Ok I get it now. WinZip didn't show folders, just paths in a separate column. I opened it in WinRar and it showed the folders and indeed the items.png was outside the gui folder.
Works now. Thanks.

Also, I'm sorry if this is the wrong section.
alex: What folder are you talking about? I don't have any folders. The image files are just all there in the zip.
You see that green button with the plus? You dont have to click it, and I am not gonna force you to do it.
Works now. Thanks.
