Dude....what the heck happened man? SMP revival was my first and main texture pack but you ruined it man. Some things are nice about it like the new wolf look and the zombies but alot of the things that I liked about it are gone. I could sit here and type a list of all the things that went wrong but.... my heart is broken man. I loved your work and now its just not smp revival anymore. The hunger bar is no longer chicken wings, the wool is just colored dirt, the new creeper faces arent as good as they were, and one big thing is the glowstone. The glowstone is just a 2nd redstone lamp (the red stone tourches are candle sticks?..... really man?). I would switch back to the old copy but my old copy doesn't have the emeralds, emerald ore and block. I hate to say it but i'm going to have to look for a new texture pack and the worst part is I don't think I'll find a texture pack that compares to the one that loved. I'm disapointed but i wish you luck man and keep creating.
The great thing about textures is that you can replace the ones you do not care for. Just copy and paste.
I'm waiting around till Optifine updates. I'm sick of that ruddy default water.
I tried that but I only figured out how to do this with mods and not blocks. If you can explain how I can change items and block textures I am more than willing to listen.

This is why the customizer exists. Of course, the customizer (site) may not be updated, so there can be missing textures. The manual method of inserting textures is fairly simple. Get an image editor like Paint.NET or GIMP then open the terrain.png where you have your old textures. Erase all other textures except the ones you want, so now you only have the old textures and they are also in the correct positions of the terrain.png. Then open the new textures and copy the layer over, so the old textures overlap the new textures. I'm probably horrible at giving instructions but I tried.

Nah, that was what I was gonna say as well. It's a fine explanation.
There's also a few replacement textures (like the redstone torch) that are sitting dormant in the texture pack's folder. You can switch the candle out with that one, Jeriko08. Just use Zakristone's Paint.NET technique. However, I wonder about how this will affect your CTM usage if you change too many textures (if you do indeed use the CTM feature).

Man.
In other news, does anyone know how to change the ctm textures? I like almost all the ctm textures, but the red bits in the netherbrick bug me. Also, I assume the customiser doesn't change ctm textures?

Delete block112.properties to block114.properties in /ctm
In update news, 1.3 kinda messed up all my log CTMs and I'm trying some new stuff with them, only I'm still being met with bugs. Once I figure this out the update should be ready to go.

Thanks! I didn't mean the netherbrick textures are bad, they're great for normal survival, but I prefer creative mode and the red flecks really mess things up. Also, does your texture pack use "natural textures", or is that incorporated into ctm? I'm just wondering, I have both on anyway. We love you, man!

I already simulated it with CTM before it was an actual feature, so it's not really necessary.
Could you make the CTM version of your other cobblestone texture?
Would be great!
I prefer to have more of a...dirty/disordered looking cobblestone rather than brick looking ones, since Minecraft already have Stone bricks
Wood slabs don't seem to be doing their CTM thing anymore (the nice chiseled columns, the jungle wood slabs doing that "hay" effect), is that intentional?

I've already done this.

This is compatible with 1.3.1 right? I'm just kinda confused about the title of the post and the various change logs of the updates.
