Well, its is a rather dark texture pack in comparison to default, especially if you were around for Alpha's bright green grass and trees! I actually prefer this darker shade, as the lighting given off by the torches is superb. Also NeroLinkz, I stared at that avatar of yours for a good minute waiting for it to load. Touche, good sir.
SMP, like a I mentioned above, the torch lighting really makes me love this pack even more. But is that just my Optifine doing that, or is that your work? I don't know the details on texturing, I'm afraid.
Nope, that's my doing actually, custom light map. It will work in either Optifine or MCPatcher.
Thanks for the info, two quick questions: Will the glass blocks be connected soon, and will the grass we randomized again soon? That was one of my favorite parts

I like the custom light map, except that it's took dark to see anything at light level zero with the darker blocks of this, which is a bit annoying. That's my one biggest complaint. That and how optifine's ctm messes up the wood texture.
I seem to have no problems with this pack and Optifine, excluding the odd torch texture where the white is visible (but I believe that has nothing to do with Optifine).
Does the texture pack work with the update for optifine with the new natural textures feature. Plus it said that they reversed the vertical method to match mcpatcher
Nvm, I got it working; I had an out of date version of Optifine.
Yes, the latest Optifine that has "Natural Textures" (which is standard C6 I think) will work and you don't have to use the files from the /ctm/optifine folder. The ones that are just in the /ctm folder work fine.

This is good news, I'm glad folks don't have to choose between the two anymore. Also, sneak peek.

Hey, Just wanted to say that I love your texture pack! Its the only pack ( that when I was looking ) Actually stood out to me! Thank you so much for this <3 Also is that sneak peak a new texture pack your making ?
Love this texture pack however for some reason when using it in the Industrial Craft 2 mod the solar panels and generators are invisible (have no texture on them). But when using default texture pack or another texture pack, everything is fine. I haven't messed with texture pack zip file and also looking inside it, there doesn't seem to be any IC2 folder for adding specific textures with the mod. Anyone know how to fix this?
everything seems in order except the creative mode screen is buggy looking. Also critical hit particles are missing. I can't figure out what these are called to manually replace them for the time being.

This is a bug with Optifine.
