If you are redoing the inventory GUI, I would request that you tone down the background in each inventory slot. Several items are a bit difficult to see against your rather "noisy" background.
Your pack is also missing the brewing, enchanting and trading GUI's, hoping you add these too.
I prefer one of the two bottom brick images you posted. The topmost of the three is too brownish, I like my bricks with a reddish hue.
I agree with my gui's... they were very childish. The new one is clean and easy to see everything. I'm going to try to keep the gui's mostly uniform too
Great texture pack! My wife and I are really looking forward to seeing the new GUIs ^.^ As for the bricks, I'm a fan of the one kitty-corner the top-left one. Thanks again!
idk if it is just me but i downloaded your texture pack last night and i fell in love with it! but now as if magically over night it has broken is the word to use i guess, it lost nearly all the textures for sword armor lava water mob eggs and so on, am i the only one here with that problem?
I think that the brick layout 1 is probably the best IMO.
Also regarding the grass texture issue, deleting terrain38.properties didn't seem to do the trick. One eyesore won't affect gameplay for me. The rest of your pack is amazing. Keep up the great work!
Seriously not Liking how you say its available in 64x like in most of your other packs and then its not even there. I like the way the packs loo, but it doesn't really do me much good if i cant even use them.

Could you post up a gui replacement when you're done working on them? At least for the inventory, that one is the only one that really bugs me, though I like the one for chests. I really enjoy the pack at 128 with enhanced and haven't tried the shader mod on my computer yet though I saw the Unbelievable Shaders mod earlier today, which hasn't updated quite yet.\
As for the brick texture, definitely not the third one, the red is too dark. I agree that the first one is probably the best, though the second picture would also work.
Keep up the great work, this'll definitely be a texture pack work keeping.

Thanks for the input! I finally have a few minutes tonight to work on the pack some more! My life is way too busy...

Strange, that worked for me. I have it fixed in my update.

I have an old 64x download, but the new one will be out with the upcoming release. I should have it by the end of the month, if not sooner

Thanks for the opinion! I'll be releasing an update soonish that will have the new gui's
The moon and sun, plus sky look really amazing in this reality pack. Most people that make these just give up on that part but it really matters. Good job!

Thanks for the compliment!
I have been working a lot on the GUI's.... thoughts/criticism?
To be honest, I don't care for the circles in the main inventory grid. They are fine for the hotbar and armor sections, but for the main inventory grid, I would prefer something that looks more like a grid, and less like 3 "bars of circles"
The background of the inventory screen looks very nice. Are you planning to use the same background for all the "inventory" dialogs (chests, trading, smelting, crafting, brewing, enchanting, etc..)? I think that will make a more coherent look.

I can absolutely see what it looks like without the circle bars in the main grid area.
I was planning on using this pattern for most of the gui's
Thank you! I have much to do, but I'm workin my way through all of it. This is one of the oldest packs, but it is also not completed due to my insanely busy schedule
Wow, those are great. I am really excited to see the next version of your pack.
As for your GUI's, I think the old furnace GUI looks better than your new one, especially considering the background texture. I am not too fond of the "striped" look you have in this one. Otherwise great work. I also do think the inventory one looks much better now that you used a more "standard" rectangular grid for the main inventory part, compared to using circles everywhere as in your first preview.
Will your pack be ready for the release of the next minecraft update (1.4, targeted near the end of this month)? I haven't played the snapshots, but i have noticed that there is a bunch of new items and blocks in there, and some new GUI's as well. I really love your pack, as it has the best-looking textures (especially for blocks), so I really want to be able to use it with the new update.
i love this pack but when i look up when its snowing i get this weird whole.. i know the whole in the snow isnt the texture pack cause i know how the snow and rain files work. but you could lighten up the top of the snow, or just the top of the snow so that it doesnt look so awkward

Actually, that's not my pack, it's how minecraft renders snow and rain. For more information on this, see this article

It's supposed to be somewhat of a brushed metal texture. I always offer anything old in the alternates file so you can have optimum customizability with my pack.
I'm thinking I'll have an update here once I finish everything on my checklist, sometime around the release of 1.4

ps. im sorry if im wrong it just seems super duper familiar

If you've seen it on the net, it's because someone took it from me! I snapped the picture (and edited it) in my hometown in front of a bank.
