Undiscovered Colors is a minimalist/selective coloring/stylized texture pack for minecraft. It is based off BnW Malas texture pack (of the same name). It is almost all black and white! However unlike other black and white texture packs it isn't just a desaturated version of minecraft. All the textures are minimalist/stylized. There are colors in the game, some are more vibrant than others. The most vibrant colors tend to be the sky, water, grass, lava, and fire.
At the moment almost all the textures are "done". I still need to do some textures, work on items, maybe GUI, then mobs. I'll change or enhance textures based of the feedback I get. I may even release an alternate pack with actual textures if this gets big.
Installation: You should understand how to install HD packs. If you dont then here you go.
1: Get the HD patcher at the top of this forum.
2: Path your game
3: Put this texture pack (if you'd be so inclined) into your texture pack folder.
4: Run the game.
Changed the grass so it blends better. No more black lines
New Dispenser
To Do:
Work on making the textures flow better.
Work on making each individual texture unique.
Make blocks more easy to identify.
Make the pack more usable and not so niche.
Work on implimenting feed (if there is any).
Take a vacation
Version .9 changes:
1?: Changed sides of grass so it blends better. Hopefully this will help to reduce the amount of black lines running everywhere.
2: Changed the smooth stone, sand, despenser, side grass, both mushrooms, a little bit of changes to the flowers, sapling and wheat.
3: Added grass and foliage biome colors.
If you like this pack or have some suggestions then feel free to post a response criticising or praising the pack. ?Both are welcome and encouraged. Even if you don't like it feel free to say why and maybe add what I could do to make it better.
