You need to specifiy your problem better. "I'm trying to use the new changes on another PC" does not help us identify the problem, so we can't help you.

i don't know how to use it on an another computer
1, i took the GUI and terrain into a WINRAR file
2, went to the another computer and took the WINRAR file into the texturepacks file in the .minecraft
but it doesn't work
So what do i do? bang
Make sure that you use the .zip archive type. WinRAR prefers to work with .rar (obviously) but you need a .zip for texture packs
