the following link will get you a download of a folder with the normal minecraft texture pack download it and then extract it and edit it with paint.net

Riiiiight... no screenshots, and a self-extracting pack?

Sounds more like a potential virus than anything else. I wouldn't take the chance on something like this, sight unseen.

There's a reason that texture pack topics have certain requirements... and this is a good example of why.
