I am unable to create a texture pack by just editing files and shoving them into the texturepacks folder. But when I change them in the .jar file, it works, It just never seems to work the easy way. I've tried hordes of tutorial videos and such, is there a tool the I can just edit the textures with, and it will put them into pre-prepared .zip folder for me? I not, I think this would be a very useful tool to have somewhere. Thanks in advance, sorry if this is the wrong section.

So for the pack I currently have I only need the gui folder?
