Can we get the obsidian to be black? I don't like the purple. I love everything else about this pack, just hate the obsidian.

there is no possibility to do every single texture to be for everyone okay... there will only be new block, but the existing textures will not be changed that much.

i love this texture pack and realy want to get it, but when i download and get to mediafire it tells me the file is private and that only the owner can see it? do you have any idea about this? or can i not get this pack.

Read the OP, the file is set to private because the owner decided to throw a fit about a couple other sites linking to it.

Seems like a large waste of good work to me, but *shrug*

I will post the new links in a couple of days and think that will be, when the next minecraft-update or snapshot wirh new textures is available.
But I had to do this little kind of protest against piracy, even if I didn´t realy wanted to do that.

Well - I think, the Update for the new snapshot 12w22a will be available and linked within the next two days. Even an updated texturepack-version for Minecraft 1.2.5 and the snapshots till 12w19a will be available.
But there will be no version for the 12w21a...
These days I don´t like the snapshot...too confusing.

EDIT: I've found on the battlegear thread a download for 64x textures for the mod. (nerd-boy has only supplied textures for the mod, so they need to be added ot whatever tp you're using.) However, I tried installing them and failed miserably, so my request still stands.

There will be no mod-support till minecraft supports much better. And i don´t think I´ll support the battlegear mod even if minecraft does support mods much better. Sorry.

Hi. This is my favorite texture pack out of the ones I've seen. Great job. It has one problem, however, that gets annoying. The water has a grid of pink pixels between the blocks for me when I play. I'm wondering if you also see this grid and if you can somehow remove it from the texture. It would dramatically improve the realism of my gameplay. BTW, I noticed that your texture pack isn't listed on the official forum list thread. That's kinda sad since it's one of the best.

I think the pink pixelation doesn´t have his origin in the texturepack. The Texturepack is only made off pixels. And pixels are pixels and are not able to do other things... That pink pixel must have another origin. But I do not know wich one...
What Minecraft-Version do you use, do you use mcpatcher or optifine, do you use any other mods? especialy graphical mods? what kind of graphic-card do you use?

I asked to delete my texturepack from the official forum list, because I read about moving the forum list to another side outsite of mincraftforum.net and I do not want to be listed outside the places I do post my texturepack.

Thanks for your quick reply. I was able to dramatically reduce the pink pixels by adjusting my video card settings. Keep up the good work. Your texture pack is beautiful.

There has been a request to do some mod-support for my texturepacks from another user... I allowed him to do that and think he´ll do a HerrSommer Texturepack Mod-Support-AddOn-Thread in a couple of days. Can´t wait to see, what it does look like and think, i´ll link that thread in the op.

May be the mod-support-textures will make texturepack become much better?! I hope so!

oooops! you are right! I´ll fix it with the next version!

Can you do a 32x version? I use Optifine because it helps with other stuff so I can't use the patcher.
