A question, where does the fire texture derive from?

I know it dousnt come from the fire text at the top right of the terrain.png so where does the texture for it derive from?

you can use custom fire from the terrain spots, but you have to disable animated fire with the patcher

Really? I thought if i DISABLE animated fire, the fire will still move.

EDIT: Question, if you disable animated fire w/default tex, will fire just say FIRE?
