After seeing all the different texture packs out there I could never find one that completely suites my taste.
Here is "A New World" texture pack. It still is a work in progress I just finished the ores: Diamond, Coal, Iron, and Gold. I was thinking of adding a little bit of transparency to Diamond Because naturally it is slightly transparent.
Here is a picture.
I don't have a download yet as it is in it's very first stages.
This is my fist texture pack so be easy.
Update: I finished doing the torch, what do you think?
I have a question when you go to mine the ore a pink line appears through the top side how do I fix this?
You probably made the breaking animation too low, and the purple and pink formatting squares are interfering. And you fix it by making the breaking anim. squares properly 16x16 and not 16x15. Hope that helped!

Also, do you happen to know why when I edited the redstone dust, when I place it a pink block appears instead.

1. I like your textures, but I suggest a more subtle, less scibbled pattern for the ores and a pattern that can continue flawlessly across blocks.
2. If you edit the image for placed redstone wire, your have to be very careful to do it correctly.

Thanks, I only did that because the default ones were like that so I just went off what I had.

I do notice the lines through the corner. (Like I said it is in it's first stages.)
