Awesome vid and fabulous pack. The vid shows it's dark quality off beautifully. You know I like to see darker more naturalistic tones used, hence why this appeals so much. I particularly like your glass, Croco, and your glowstone, but like the darker shades, you know I approve of anything with rivets in! Lol.
I'm amazed how well you texture and this deserves to be a top pack...rather, will be. Love your ideas, mate, but cannot understand how you find the time to do so much work??!!
It's funny to see Glimmar say that. I almost feel like He's the first generation, I am in the second, and Croco is in the new generation of "Iron Man" pack makers. (not based on skill...merely a time thing)

I enjoyed the video a lot too. Gestankfaust really knows how to make 'em. And thank you very much! That means a lot coming from you! I'm generally very fond of dark things, so I guess my artwork reflects that. And I guess my love for rivets came from my love of your wonderful pack! :smile.gif:
Thanks again! I guess I have the time since I don't have very many obligations right now. What I can't understand is how YOU find the time to crank out so much quality work! Between your job and being a dad, I'm surprised you have any time at all!

Hey Croco, hope you saw the news on the forum front page about the terrain.png and items.png for 1.7 being released already.
I hope you'll have to time to tweak the pack to fix whatever annoyances updates cause. I'm totally addicted to Crocraft and use it more than johnsmith now!
Time snuck up on me guys! Very late here, I need to get to bed. The new version is up right now, so you can start using it right away! Going to bed now, replies and pics coming tomorrow! Or technically today...
I'll be sure to haul it over there! I'll probably make an account tomorrow and post CroCraft! It looks like a great site and I'm excited to use it. I'm surprised I didn't hear more about it before!

Thank you for the heads up! I actually only realized that as early as I did because of your comment. So thank you!
Its just in case you need the extra posting space in the future.
Great texture pack btw. Its too dark and creepy for my tastes but it will suit someone. :biggrin.gif:
First Post, and I don't feel like a noob cause I got a 2010 account ^^
And holy **** it was December 24th.
Ah, that makes sense. I'm not sure I'll ever need that much space, but its nice to have I guess!
Thanks. I understand and I'm glad you took the time to post even if your not planning on doing anything with it. Its always nice to have a little feedback.
Heh, that's before I got mine! Now I feel a little noobish. :tongue.gif:
Very VERY awesome Croco...can't wait to use the mixer now (thinking of Glimms, Last Days, and my "new pack" in one...Crocraft, Mythos/Stanke, and Arcane pack in the other...with a video)

I was glad to see a quick update, no endless waiting. Now that is service!
I think my absolute favorite part of this pack is how nice the smooth and cobblestone fit together. Makes patched holes in my mine look a lot less noticeable.
Great job with the pistons! My only minor complaint is that the slime on the sticky piston is a little difficult to see-- it's very easy to get sticky pistons confused with regular pistons.
Also: Saw a chicken for the first time. Your chicken are F***ing FREAKY!!! Love it to pieces.

Thanks Gestankfaust! I can't wait to see those packs! They already sound really cool!

Heh, thanks PapaSmurf!
That was what was intended, so its nice to know it worked out so well!
By the way, I added swords if anyone noticed. And expect there to be tools like them soon!

Thank you! I know what you mean, I'll try to make it more obvious since I did actually mistake it once accidentally. :tongue.gif:
Hey Croco, noticed a tiny discrepancy. When harvesting leaf blocks the block that drops seems to be the default leaf texture (or at least it's a lot brighter than your leaves). Dunno if there's anything you can do about it but thought I'd let you know.
Oh, alright. I'll make sure to remember that! :tongue.gif:
Well now I know. Because...

Thank you for the kind words TehDebil.
LOL.
I literally did. I had to pause the video to see the face but once I did I just started laughing... a lot. :biggrin.gif:
I'll go swing by Glimmar's and take a look! It sounds awesome!

Lol! They are rather unpleasant to stumble upon!
I was wondering if this was a new addition or if I just missed it in your last update.
The spikey stone sword/club looks damn intimidating.
Can't wait to see more tools added, keep it up!
