Sorry if this has already been answered/ has an obvious answer, but how do I install HD texture packs with the Aether mod? I'm only able to have one or the other with what I've been trying. I use the installation guide for the nether mod and try to use McPatcher, but it doesn't work, and I'm just not sure how to get it to work. I love this texture, but I also want to explore the Aether more, could anyone point me in the direction of a guide/help me out on how to get it to work?

So frustrated right now.
The terrain.png is DONE for x32 but I cant get the custom water still file to scale properly. The animation skips a frame at some point I have no idea where and cant get this thing to work.
I've made a custom water texture for now to tide over the x32 version. If anyone else can possibly help me out by resizing the custom_water_still animation and get it to work properly you'll get credit on the main page and my huge thanks.
My friend XyPhoGR has been working on a modpack called the Adventure Pack. It is not a very well-known mod, but I would greatly appreciate if you could make GreatSea textures for them.

Also, a lot of complaints here are about the textures lagging MC. I get 200+ FPS with the 128x packs, so it's your computer, not the pack. But that's why the 64x and 32x ones are there. :tongue.gif:

Yeah, man I just really need to get a good water animation for the x32 I hate how I couldn't fix its scaling. Again if anyone can help it would be appreciated immensely.
After working at least 5 hours on new water animations, trying to rescale old ones etc.
I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION!
When I created the Dungeons of Hyrule I recolored the water and did some minor changes, only in the color and clarity of the water. I finally got the idea that MAYBE I could rescale THIS water texture instead of the original The Great Sea water, down to x32 and see if it would work.
IT DID!
Therefore you now get better good water animation, not that patchwork one I made.
Thanks so much for making a 32x32 cuz i really wanted this texture pack but mcpatcher wont let you have mods on a mac. :sad.gif: BUT NOW I CAN USE THIS EPIC TEXTURE PACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome texturepack. Just wanted to know if the 32x32 supports aether and if it doesn't.... May you add aether support to the 32x32
It doesnt yet bud, but will soon. I've been working on the item list for the Aether atm for all packs since items are universal between texture versions.
I have 22 items done so far. There are SO many in the aether!

Anyways I wanted to post a peak at some of the upcoming icons, namely the weapons.
From left to right they are:
Skyroot Sword, Holystone Sword, Lightning Dagger, Elemental Sword(changes depending on element, this one is fire)
The sword they are in the Zelda games are:
Razor Sword, Darknut Sword, Hero's Sword, Sword of the Sages
Comments, Recommendations, Opinions?

By the way, I planned release for my map for this Thursday. I'm trying to make sure your pack gets included as one of the options, but it might not happen in time for Thursday.
However, if I could convince you to add in the packs by basically swapping out the textures from my high res OoT Adventurecraft pack (not the one I posted on the texture pack forum, but the Adventurecraft one that hasn't been released) that would be very, very, VERY helpful.
Feel free to say no, but I think the work would be easy and you know your pack better than I do, so you would know which textures would work for certain blocks. You would need to use my pack as a template so that you would know what style of block should go in each place.
I'll be on the IRC in about an hour. If you have questions or want to talk to me about this, just find me on there.
OH and by the way, if you can do this there is a way for me to make it so that when the player first chooses your pack in the map, they have the option of clicking a link that says "Don't you just LOVE this texture pack?? If you want a minecraft version of this pack that supports the Aether mod, click this link!" and it will open up your thread in the person's default browser. I'm thinking that this should send you a BUNCH of traffic.
