I wanted to download and run the BoarderCraft texture pack for my son. I downloaded the MCPatcher and followed all the instructions. I can use the texture pack when playing from the computer but not in the browser. Is this common or did I miss something. It's only an issue when playing at home as it's an older machine and doesn't like to play locally without crashing.

Thanks in advance as my son would really like to use that pack.

Im pretty sure most mods, including the patcher, dont work with the browserversion.

Yes, you need to run the client to use mods/ hd texture packs
