Me and my friend have been making a texture pack dedicated to ancient Greece and, more specifically, the Romans! Here's some early pics:

Changes:

Wood Planks = White Marble
Cobblestone = Dark Marble
Wood tools = White Tools
Stone Tools = Dark Tools
Glass = Got dirtier for more medieval look
Stone = Grey Marble (Smelting supposedly removes some of the outside minerals that make it black)
Zombies = Loose Slaves
Skeletons = Athenians
Chests/Bookshelves = Got Marbly
Bricks = Clay look enhanced and brown colours added
Clay = Clay is now brown

Please respond with more ideas, it is still a WIP
Also I know all of this stuff may not be correct or true in some way but its a texture pack so :tongue.gif:

'Tis probably worth noting that a real Greco-Roman pack would not make everything into marble :tongue.gif:
