Well, it's making money off someone else's work. Don't do it? Be a good person? Don't cheat the loopholes?
Doesn't EXACTLY refer to texture packs, but I'd figure the rule applies. Don't do it.
Read that and post a NON adf.ly link and remove your adf.ly link.

you cannot distribute an edited work of someone's and get money for it.
that is just leeching.
now remove the adfly link and use dropbox, mediafire, megaupload, etc. (AND NOT ANYTHING THAT GIVES YOU MONEY FOR DOWNLOADS!)
