Ok, so I downloaded this texture pack and took a look at it today. While I am very impressed there are a few issues.
Your textures for the Redstone torch are reversed. When using your texture pack the torch shows a brighter white when it should be off. and doesn't show the bright color when it should be on based on the standard minecraft texture pack.
Your water texture is incompatible with optifine because you removed the default water texture in the lower right of the terrain.png so when a client is using optifine water becomes invisible. This can actually be fixed and be made totally compatible with optifine if you take a single block of your custom still liquid in the upper left most texture spot then fill the other four with your custom animated liquid texture. people without mc patcher or optifine will still see the standard water and lava textures.
I have actually fixed both of those issues for personal use if you wish me to upload the terrain.png to show you what I mean with the custom water/lava textures.
I also have a few suggestions (remember anything past this is just personal opinion by me).
As your texture pack is it is really only good for roleplaying. There are a few reasons to this.
The texture your using for obsidian looks more gruff like a bedrock texture while the bedrock texture is extremely plain and hard to tell from other things.
The textures that you replaced the stone brick textures with do not look good in randomly generated strongholds.
It is not just that metal looking block that throws it off but the block with the line through it is also a bit awkward. the three stone brick textures just don't look good together if randomly generated if placed meticulously by people then yes but as is no. If you want to make it more of a use any time pack you could possibly change the three textures so that they fit with each other more even when placed randomly more like how the default texture pack has them.
One suggestion would be to actually take the metal looking "stone brick" texture and use that as the iron block texture since it would make much more sense as iron though I don't know what you would move the current iron texture to.
Other than the things I've mentioned I enjoy this texture pack and regardless of whether or not you intend to make it friendly to not always role playing it is still a solid pack.
If Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter were all destroyed, 99% of teens would go insane. If you're one of the 1% that would be laughing at them, copy this into your signature and hope it happens.

we will work this stuff out, thank you for bringing these to our attentions. also we will try to make it more casual play pack rather than role play. we wanted it to be casual play but also fit role play use.
Much like the Minecraft modding API, the pack's main page facelift got lost somewhere in between winter brake and other projects, but i assure you, it is coming (in valve time)...
Amazing texture good job! Just to stop any problems take down megaupload link. In case your unaware they where shut down. Dont believe me? Click your link. Good day!

thank you for your feed back, we appreciate it. as for megaupload, we are aware of what happened and morn the loss of it for the minecraft community.
This texture pack is really, really cool. All the tools and armor, great work! Thanks for sharing it, I'm enjoying it alot.
I only had problems with the ice, which had a dark black texture for some reason, and the redstone torch image mix up that was addressed earlier. I changed the ice to a faint green kinda color, it fits in alright. Using MCPatcher to allow the custom water and lava is awesome aswell.
I'll try to capture a nice screeny to bump this up with.. til then, Keep an eye on those Geiger counters kiddies!
'Id rather use Last Days if i wanted a Fallout texture pack!'
is this implying that Last Days is bad? no, because it is certainly hard to work in 32x, and it was made by a very experienced, famous person who (from what i remember) used no subsitutes. >_>
anyways, i hope you can continue this. there aren't many 16x fallout themed texture packs around here

ONE YEAR CLOSER TO THE NUCLEAR APOCALYPSE BUT WHY WAIT?
DOWLOAD MINEOUT TODAY! :wink.gif:
For the love of Eden, please make this into a higher quality 32x32 pack!
as of right now biome compliant water, but we have been talking about texturing other mods that we feel would work with mineout.
-Table of enchantments
-Glowstone
-Armors
-Menus / Interfaces
Good work, it looks pretty good.

It's not that my comp is bad, it's actually pretty good in 2011 standards.
Thanks, but just so you know the texture pack is 16x not 32x , just some food for thought
