It is currently included in the MC Patcher. I had no idea that was the mod's new home as I use another method to obtain the mod. So you can get it here. I believe you just run the patcher and check the box that says "Randoms Mobs". Thanks for bringing this up. I will be sure to add a link to the mod in the main page.

Thank you so much, I'd much rather use optifine myself but I read it's not compatible so thank you again!
Hi I Would Like To Use Your Texture Pack In A Mod Pack That Aims To Make Minecraft A Post-Apocalypse World I Will Sent You A Link To A Video Of The Mod If You Allow Me To Use It If Not Thank You For Your Time.
As in have Mineout packaged with other post-apoc mods? I would allow you to include a link to the Mineout page but not to have it pre-downloaded. Either way it would be for the best as you would not have to update the file. So if you have a .txt file with the link or something then when I put out an update for Mineout then the player would only need to open the link and download Mineout from this page. So if you want to have Mineout in this bundle then you will have to paste the following into a .txt file and NOTHING ELSE.
Copy what is between here (
Mineout: A Post Nuclear Sandbox Texture Pack
The most popular Fallout franchise texture pack for Minecraft
So now just create a .txt file and name it "Mineout Texture Pack Download". Ounce again do NOT include the actual downloaded pack in this mod bundle. Thanks for asking and be sure to send a link to the video. Also did you get permission from the mod creators? Cause if not then this same .txt method would work very well and allow you to not get in to trouble with the moders.
Will we get an option for the old green HUD scheme?
Actually it is still an option. It can be found in the alternatives folder included in the Mineout.zip file. Just drag and drop the proper files to where the folder name tells you to put it. There are also options for blue and white GUI colors and both have the new vegas or classic look options.
Hey, I'm making a custom map using this texture pack and I would like to know if it would be alright to ask people to use this texture pack, and post a link to this page when i post my topic.

Sure, just be sure to send me a link so that I can play it and potentially support it.
Um... I can't download this... do you have a link that isn't through adfly? I really want this but adfly is doing that thing where it thinks I don't have my cookies on... I have them on, I know this for a fact, but it doesn't work. I have tried using the adfly skipping userscript but it still won't let me download... So yeah... do you have a link that is not through Adfly?

Hopefully you'll be taking this into 1.6, if so with the all new resource pack methods will you be changing some of the sounds? Again if so please please please make records songs from the games (hopefully specifically big iron and shadow of the valley)
Well of course Mineout will be updated to 1.6 into the new resource pack format. Though I am currently having some trouble with animated textures. Hopefully I can resolve the issue before the update goes live. I am definitely going to change as many sounds as I can ounce I learn how though I am not sure it would be a great legal idea to put in the Fallout songs as much as I would love too. We will see what happens.

Just uploaded the new Mineout 1.6 resource pack! I made sure to include the songs you requested in it along with a large overhaul of all of the sounds.
Are the music discs supposed to cut off before the song finishes? They don't all seem to cut off..I'm going through them currently. Chirp played all the way through.
Edit: Hm... it only seems to cut off sometimes. I don't know now.
Still, awesome texture pack. One of the few that's actually taking advantage of the option to add custom sounds.

They aren't supposed to cut off. They don't for me. Must be a bug, I'm sure it will be worked out in the near future. Though I did accidentally spell three of the song name files wrong. Though they are not the disks, they are the ones that play in the background now and then. It will be fixed in the next upload soonish but for now just fix the spelling of the piano.oggs.
Also not all the sounds are done yet as I am having trouble finding replacements but it will be done eventually. Most sounds have been changed though.
it is a really good pack, my only issue is with the villager sounds, when you have a town it can become very overwhelming very fast to have them all sighning on what seems like a 2 second loop. maybe if its possible change it to a 5-10 second loop?

Actually that is the vanilla villager sound as I have not found a file to replace them yet. The villagers new sounds are VERY annoying as they speak way to much. Hopefully they will make them less chatty.
One thing I noticed..The chicken noise(i think it was the chicken noise) is a lot louder than the rest of the sounds. Perhaps it would be possible to lower the volume on it a bit?

Ya it is and I am not certain those are the sounds I like best for them. So I will change it when I find better ones. If not i'll be making them quitter.
I love this pack a lot so far. Especially the sounds that go with it. Although, I must say when the creepy music starts playing and the zombies are screeching and gurgling at me, makes me more scared of the game than the old vanilla sounds. Whew. Haha, it definitely makes me more on edge and I guess that's the fun of it, right? Keep up the good work!
