our goal with Mineout was blend every iconic aspect of Fallout and incorporate it into a 16x format that only Minecraft can deliver. Its always nice to see our fans support.

you say that people are not allowed to use this world in vids and use remixes and what not, but are you able to copy right this world save of yours? it includes the copy righted objects of Bethesda and mojang, so do you really have the authority to to make sure people don't use this in their vids and remixes and what not?

This is not a world save or map of any kind. This is a texture pack based on the Fallout franchise. All content of the pack is original artwork created by me and my partner. Therefore we have complete artistic copyright over it and own complete rights and control over our works, even being based on an owned IP.
I am all right with people creating videos with the pack (and even encourage it) as long as they provide proper credit and a link to the Mineout page. Remixing, re-uploading and changing of MY (owned and created original content) Mineout however is prohibited without receiving my permission and is amply stated in copyright laws. Mojang nor Bethesda own rights to MY created works as they are uniquely created by me and merely express ideas owned by Bethesda, Mojang does not own rights to sprite sheets other then their own.

So before you come into my domain and question MY authority, read up on your subject matter and copyright laws before you utter something pretentious and misinformed.

I am new to minecraft forum.(Just letting you know). I've taken an interest into making minecraft adventure maps. Looking for a good texture pack, i stumbled across this. And let me tell you: it works perfectly. However, there's one problem. some of the textures just didnt look right, (I.E the shiny blue-vault themed signs and chests in the rugged, bleak mojave, or swamp people) May i please have permissio to replace some of these textures? I'll give the makers full credit! Oh, and by the way, this modified texture pakc will only be aquired via downloading the whole map and stuff.

I'm glad that you like the Mineout enough to use it for your adventure map but I have seen many adventure maps come to me for use of my texture pack. I must say that practically none of them ended up being finished and published. I hope that's a different story for you but you should really be close to finishing the map if you ask to distribute a texture pack. I'm glad that you asked for distribution rights and since you promise to give full credit (and a link to this thread) for the pack I will give you permission to edit and include what ever parts of the pack you need.
Just be sure to send me a link to your map page when it's released so I can suggest it to people. Also if you have some photos up I would like to see them. Good luck with the map.

Also be sure to look through the alternative textures since the swamp folk doesn't float your boat. You can find the alternative textures for mobs in the mobs folder, they are named with numbers after them. For example, skeleton2, skeleton3. You can also see a render of the alternative skins on the first page of mineout under the "mob renders & alternatives" banner. I made them so people can have options so go ahead and mix and match to your liking.
Also if you have built enough of the map I would like to see some pictures or an early test world of the map. If you wan't to continue this conversation than private message me.

I've been looking at this TP for a while, way before I made this account and I recently picked it up again, I was wondering about this Randmobs mod you're talking about. I want to add it but searching has proved useless. Could you link me to the mod?

It is currently included in the MC Patcher. I had no idea that was the mod's new home as I use another method to obtain the mod. So you can get it here. I believe you just run the patcher and check the box that says "Randoms Mobs". Thanks for bringing this up. I will be sure to add a link to the mod in the main page.
