If you can open you minecraft.jar file, you can manually put in everything from a pack you like or are making. The terrain.png goes in the main .jar directory, mobs go into the mobs folder, and so on.
Save a copy of your minecraft.jar first. In case you do something wrong and need a backup.

If I do that, will it act as if that texture pack was the normal texture pack?

Secondly, I would like to know if there is a way to manually fix 32x32 texture packs and up OR if there is a mod to do it.
I'm not using xau's HD texture pack fix because Comodo Firewall warns about everything, so yeah I couldn't do it.
☺ I hope you can help me, and thank you!!!1!
