Hey, this is the Texture Pack that I use personally. I have gotten many compliments from friends on this pack, so I decided that maybe more MineCrafters would like this as well. Now, this is NOT all my work. I ONLY take credit for putting these textures together in this way, and few modifications, recolors and custom textures here and there.

I WILL ALWAYS GIVE AS MUCH CREDIT AS I CAN TO ANYONE'S WORK I USE, NO MATTER HOW MUCH I'VE CHANGED IT! IF ANYONE WHO HAS CREATED ANYTHING IN THIS PACK DOESN'T WANT ME USING IT, LET ME KNOW.

It's a Semi Realistic 32 x 32 HD Texture Pack, and It just looks great. I have spent lots of time tweaking this pack to look dark, semi realistic, and creating my personal favorite texture pack. I constantly update it and will release new versions for updates as soon as possible, so stay tuned. And most of the time, it will be me taking other people's textures for a new item/object, editing it, and implanting it into my pack. This Texture pack is also compatible with WildGrass, even though I don't use it in my pictures.

Thanks, and especially thanks to all of the great artists who deserve 100% credit to anything they did in this pack, I want to say right now that I am NOT, trying to steal someones works and take it for my own. I am not the artist behind every texture here.

Credit is nice and all, but if you know where everything came from, why haven't you asked permission to use the stuff?

Nice compilation. Don't forget to ask for permission, even with a compilation. I plan on making an alchemy style pack... anyone up for it?

I like it, but the cobble stone doesn't work in my opinion. It's too dark and brick-like. Good Job on the rest though!

Added some alternates after you mentioned that. I forgot about that, lots of people have very different tastes in cobblestone, all depends on how you want to use it. Thanks

I also added a new title, and edited the terrain.png a little.

hmm... are custom fonts working for anyone that's using this pack? It's not for me and I can't seem to find out why, want to make sure its working for others.

I love everything except the cobble. It looks like grey bricks, and the cobble looks way too modern. Besides that, i love the pack. :biggrin.gif:

You could try not to make the cobble so small slabbed. like have longer bigger slabs, that you can put a little more detail into? like uneven endings and edges.

Looks like you have Ovocean's wool blocks, perhaps update to give him credit for it?

How do you use the alternative Textures?
Edit. I tried using paint but now all textures that had white arround htem show up sorrunded by white

Because Paint does NOT support transparency, which glass requires, it just uses white as a background. If you want to use Alternatives, use GIMP or Paint.net(both free)

From what I've seen, Cobble is one of the hardest textures to make(I'm not an artist myself so excuse me if I'm wrong) since it's hard to make it realistic and pleasing at the same time. There is not ONE cobble texture that is perfect in every way, and people have different tastes :tongue.gif:
I personally like your Cobble texture, but like I said, none of the textures I've seen so far, is perfect.

On an on-topic note: I love the choices that you made! Only I won't use it because I have a compilation pack of my own(private for now because I respect the original authors)

Thanks! And yes I do agree that cobblestone is hard to please people with. Which is why I added two alternatives.
