I've tried going through the texture and water pngs but it still stays that awful blue color. I want it to be a little more clear and transparent. Anyone know how to do this?

you have to use the hd patcher... changing the water in the terrain.png works for some people... would suggest doing a custom animation though. a good tut for it can be found here viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=185685
