directions:
1. Download
2. Open Minecraft and click texture packs or sumthing along those lines
3. open the folder and put the .zip folder into the folder that is opened
That, is not how you properly install a texture pack, you pack the texture pack files (in this case the terrain.png) in a .zip, then you place that .zip in your texturepacks folder.

The cobblestone texture has no noise, thus making it clash entirely with every other block in the game; it's completely useless for just about anything because it doesn't look good.
