Your MOM has a wet feeling, HEH HEH... eheh... heheh... ehhh...
. . .
You've got to admit that was pretty good, right? Anyways, a good pack would probably be the Mythos pack, by Gestankfaust. It's based on the Cthulhu Mythos, which basically spells out wet, dank, and squishy. But it has more of a horror theme to it though... Good question, though!
Both packs are based around the game Wind Waker to some degree which makes them inherently "oceany". They are both also fairly 'cartoony' packs which you may or may not like.
Despite the name of the pack, I think Aza's Arid Pack does a great job with oceans too, even though the whole pack feels "dry". The bright cobblestone especially makes the pack feel very open and vast, like oceans.
Or something kinda wet feeling?
If so can you link me
