Yo.
I, with the assistance of Tizzie, Star , Keyblade08 have been working on a Paper Mario 32x32 texture pack for Minecraft awhile back since no one else had. Were both huge fans of Paper Mario and Minecraft, and seeing as it lacks a Paper Mario texture pack, we were immediately inspired to create our own. We eventually forgotten about it, but seeing as some people have started to gain interest in a Paper Mario pack and create their own, we've regained inspiration to continue ours. I'd also like to note this is our first texture pack, but any kind of feedback is welcome.

We completed the terrain.png and most of the items.png, as well as some other random objects, such as sheep and minecarts.
Please, don't try to use this texture pack without first using the MCPatcher. I mean, you can if you want to, but...

Updates
-Fixed the water and Ice so that you can see through them about as much as the default textures.
-Fixed the redstone dust textures so the ropes connect right.
-The side-grass textures for Fancy mode have been fixed, courtesy of sluisi. PLANNED: -MAPS I've got a good enough icon for them, but I'm not sure what to do for the 64x64 mapbg.png. Any recommendations would help.
-Alternate textures for some, if not most of the terrain. So far, I plan to do alternates for...
-Pumpkins
-Ores
-Stone Slap
-Rails
-Chest
-Note block
-Doors
-Cake
-Wool (Will replace them with various textures)
-Bark
-Mossy Cobblestone
-Brick
-Alternates for the items, because why not. This is in the back of my to-do list, however.
-Add codes for the banners so people can copy/paste them into their signatures. The only reason this isn't done right now is because I'm in a rush for something completely unrelated. Expect this to be done tonight.

Here are the exact Terrain and Item files used for this pack. I'm not to proud of some of the textures, so I plan to make alternate textures for quite a few of these, for example, the radio, and the ores, and especially the pumpkin.
Paper Mario is great!
I used to play it all the time.
I liked Paper Mario 64 most of them.
And it's awesome to be able to play Minecraft Paper mario style!
Not bad..
I love the textures of lava and water, can i use them in my pack? I'm not good at animating that..
Also, you should make alternative ores, i like ores in stone better..

Also yeah, the ores were one of the many blocks I wanted to make alternate textures for. Like you said, I personally prefer stone ores, but finding something back then was pretty hard. Now I'm more confident in my spriting abilities and can probably make my own. I also plan to make alternates for the water so they're more transparent, allowing you to see Squids and such.
Awesome, I was wondering if someone would do a pack for Paper Mario! The textures are looking rather good too. I look forward to trying it out. My only problem so far is that I prefer ores that look something like ores, but this looks really nice.

Will you continue to update this with the updates of MineCraft? This is a really good texture pack, and doesn't get the attention it deserves from the Forum.
