I'm pretty new to texture packs but I have been making a texture pack for a CTF Arena and in making a flag, I just changed the way a rose looks to look like a flag. Now I want to change the name of it from rose to flag. So I copied the en_US file to my desktop and edited the name of the rose. I put it in my texture pack ZIP folder but it doesn't seem to work. It works just fine if I put it in the original minecraft.jar file, but I want to have it in the texture pack for easy download.

Right now the file looks like this: PvP Arena.Zip/lang/en_us.lang

Unfortunately it has to go into the minecraft.jar, as well as having ythe META-INF folder be deleted.

Thanks for the info. And yeah I got the META-INF deleted, I'll just have to deal with the fact it can't be put in the texture pack.
