To start off, I'd like to say that I'm not completely sure this is the right section, but it is the only texture pack dedicated section of this board, and Painterly is a texture pack.

So I heard about Painterly, made a pack, started up my world. However, when night fell and I needed shelter, my torches didn't make any light. I saw the torch, but it didn't light anything up. Same with flint and steel and jack'o'lanterns. Is this a bug? Please help.

PS: It works when I use default.

Also, torches I place with default textures light up when I use Painterly. Really is odd..

I set my torch texture to candles, so yes.

Try deleting minecraft.jar and run minecraft again.

I will as soon as I have access to the computer that I play Minecraft on.

its a mod im gotted a mod then when im deleted it it worked with mi painterly the mod is audiomod
