Hello. I am making mods for Skyrim right now so this probably won't be updated until some time in January... It could be earlier, but I think it will be then. It's not almost ready because I haven't worked on it much. I could probably finish the update in about 3-4 days, but I'm not interested in doing it for a few weeks. I haven't even played with 1.0 really.
Is the GLSL shaders mod updated for 1.0 too? If it is I'll include bump maps and specular maps with the update.
I'm afraid not. The OP says that it still 1.8, and to quote it exactly,

I want to let everyone know that the next update will probably be late too. I'm still not really interested in the game, and with the amount of stuff added in the upcoming version(s), I think it will take several weeks for me to update it.
I long for this texture pack to be updated. I've spent the better part of an hour searching for a replacement, but nothing even comes close to the subtlety and the cohesiveness of the Ornate Pack! You've spoiled me! I can't even play Minecraft anymore!

Too bad. I saw the video for this, and was interested a little. Then he pulled out the shovel and I started getting excited. What makes or breaks texture packs for me is the tools. Once i saw the diamond axe i knew I wanted this. I can't wait for January! :biggrin.gif:
Keep up the good work! I might make this the "official" texture pack of my server.
Hello fans of Ornate. For those of you who are worried that this may not ever be updated be patient. Sevenfour has a tendency to disappear for long periods of time. This doesn't mean he has given up on the pack. Be patient. :smile.gif:

I just wanted you to know that this is the first 64x texture pack that didn't look like grainy ass smeared across my screen. Your pack has made playing with a 64x pack viable and I can't tell you how awesome that is.
I know you're not interested as of right now, I understand, but I'd like you to remember what really makes MineCraft the amazing game that it is: blowing **** up with TNT.
Get together with some friends, load up some SuperHostile map or something on one of your computers, make everyone op or creative, and go to ****ing town on the place.
95% of teens would scream if Justin Beiber was about to jump of the top of the Empire State Building. If you are in the 5% that would grab a seat and some popcorn and yell JUMP! JUMP! JUMP! post this into your sig.
Please don't ask for updates, it's annoying and technically against the rules. If you would read up about three or four posts you would have seen a (sort of) explanation for the delay in updates.

Oh. Right. xD My apologies.
He said it should be done in january.
I know its rough not having this texture pack but all the fans can work together and we will survive :smile.gif:

It is shocking how refreshing that can be...
