It's been a while since I checked in on this pack, but I must say you did not disappoint. It seems like everything you changed is everything I could have wanted. Gonna download and if I have anything else to say I will be back. Amazing work sir.
Yes, haha. I think I answered a lot of the "wishes" of people in this update:
Less saturated stone, clearer glass, bigger difference between sand/dirt/stone, item icons (almost) finished. And just made everything that I thought was low-quality cleaner.
I enjoy working in 64x better and I think 128 was overkill. Also, some people couldn't use it because it crashed their games, and I wanted to focus on refining the 64x version.
Also a couple of floating pixels about. Something to smooth out for 1.9 maybe? Or perhaps it's a problem on my end, I have no idea.
I love the clouds! I was really surprised by them and just ended up staring at them for ages. XD Also looking forward to your version of leather armour. :3 And actually I kinda like the vanilla mobs. XD You can't beat classic creeper!
Keep up the brilliant work, sevenfour!
Yeah the flower thing is real and I'll fix it in the 1.9 update. Not sure what to do about the mobs but if you love the vanilla ones and I change them, you can just delete the mobs folder from the pack.
I like the pack you should support CTM mod to make the glass and sandstone look better, and maybe work on the redstone dust trail make it less dusty LoL. Anyways great job!
Noo D: Why did you discontinue the 128x version? It was so beautiful! Not saying that the 64x isn't as great. But, still.
First, I'm no longer interested in working in 128x for Minecraft... Also, I wanted to focus on 64x because some people couldn't use 128x and the 64x was a straight down-size. Now that I can work in 64x to start with, I can make it more detailed and cleaner like that. I already mentioned in an earlier post though. I guess I'll put it in the main post instead.
Well, been playing with it on for a bit now and it is as awesome as I thought it would be. The only things I can think of as suggestions is that the grid on interfaces is a little hard to see (especially the crafting table. Let's play find the 3x3 grid! XD Also it would be awesome if your furnace texture looked like it had a fire going on in it while it's smelting. I love it when packs do that, and I can see if they are smelting from farther away than the fire animation will show. Thanks again!

Ah right, I totally forgot about the fire texture. Haha. I'll add one soon. I'll try to make the grid more visible too...
It's great to have this pack back in action seven. Thanks for your hard work. Honestly I hardly notice a difference between the old x128 and the new x64, and the glass is perfect! Nice and clean in the center. Love the purplish tones added to the glowstone and the overall lighter mood of the pack. I agree with draxxon on the crafting grid, the way it's set up it looks like there are more slots then there actually are, and until I got used to it, it felt like I was always trying to place things in a grid slot that wasn't actually there. Overall though the pack has come down with a huge improvement, and the work you've put into it really shows. As good as Ornate was before, it really shines brightly now. I'd say you've really struck a good balance here. :smile.gif:

Thank you. I think I'll start working on a "customizer" which will have a lighter UI option and a few different themes.
Hi I just downloaded your pack and I don't really have any problems except that...the paintings don't seem to work. All I get is a white and grey thing. I checked in the texture pack to make sure the paintings were in there, and what I'm assuming they are is KZ.png in the ART folder, and they ARE there, but don't show up?

I don't know, do you have some kind of mod that does something with them?
I also know that the lighting is messed up for paintings and some other things with 1.8+... but that usually makes them black.

Also, why has the 128 version been abandoned?

Thanks! Maybe I will, I'll watch it now.

Thanks, mine did forget to do that in the earlier versions but I think it does it now. :smile.gif:
Also I found this video that uses the texture pack to show off a pretty awesome world, look at it:
