DO YOU LIKE the good ol' classy textures? then you will like this! This is a new texture called "GoodOl'Texture"! It is currently a WIP and i the only thing finished is ores.
Take your terrain.png out of the zip file, and put it in it's own zip file. It has to be at the root of the zip.
Besides that, why did you make the planks so goofy? The sand is a little funny too, but I like the color choices, reminds me of an NES game. It just needs some contiguous elements so it flows a bit better.
Coal needs to be more... dark. And shaded a bit.
Copper is a little erratic and slightly off center, and again, has no shading.
Diamond goes down to the very bottom of that block for like 2 pixels, which bugs me a bit. Don't understand your method for the coloring either.
Iron looks fine, just too much 'ore' in the block (if you will).
That's my 'constructive critism', more so my opinion, but whatever.
Keep at it though, if you enjoy doing it. Try to stray a bit more from the vanilla, I realize it's a WIP as well as trying to emulate some elements of the default, but your ores are just the normal minecraft smooth stone with ore on it.
The only folder inside the zip file should be "terrain" (The one with the sun and moon). Get rid of the "Texture 2" and "_MACOSX" folders, they aren't needed.
In the end, you should have a zip file containing the terrain.png and the terrain folder with the sun and moon pics.

I cant see those folders
In your download there are two folders called "Texture 2" and "_MACOSX" inside the zip file.

BTW I would make some more changes to the texture pack before posting, as you haven't done much.
