Problem with texture pack

I made a texture pack and made glass clear with a border.
When i start to play with the texture pack on a wierd tan line appears on glass and cactus. I am sure that the line was not there in the drawings i triple checked it. Anyone know why?

can you post the terrain.png also? Then I might be able to figure it out
