Ok so i checked it out here are some things i have to say. Is there any common theme? Most the items seem random and dont really match with eachother.
Things that need to be fixed:
Tree leaves do not match the tree trunks huge contrast.
Side of grass do not match the top of grass.
No constant theme amongst ores seemingly random patterns and shading style.
The redstone ore and the diamond ore are almost the same color.
Netherrack texture does not match with the soul sand texture and the glowstone texture definently does not match with the other nether objects.
Having some items have borders and others not creates too much contrast either go with one or the other, have borders or dont have borders dont do both.
Try to have common things among blocks what i mean is iron, gold, and diamond blocks look one way and gravel shouldnt look like them things like that.

Things that i like:
The torches they are really awesome.
Chests are ok but the top of the chest does not match the sides of it.
Crafting Square looks good.

Overall nice pack for your first one i would just say sit down and spend more time on it. Decide what style you want to go with and have a common theme among the pack, look through the texture packs on this forum to understand what i mean. DO NOT DO SIMPLE TEXTURES PREFERABLY. I am saying this because you will get many negative comments for simple texture packs even though its your first one. Try and do something to make yours unique (which you are doing so far) but also try and some more pixels to it to create shading effects and the like. If you have any questions please PM because i will not be looking at this topic anymore .
